Shipping Policy

SHIPPING

Thank you for choosing Sensory Touch. This page explains how we process, ship, and deliver your order.

Order processing

  • Orders are processed within 2 business days (Monday to Friday, holidays excluded).

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking when your parcel leaves our facility.

  • During peak periods such as sales or holidays, processing may take longer. Thank you for your patience.

Shipping options and delivery estimates

Canada and United States

  • Standard: 5 to 7 business days

  • Express: 2 to 3 business days

  • Free Standard Shipping: orders over 59 USD (or the equivalent threshold shown at checkout)

International

  • Europe and Australia: 7 to 14 business days

  • Other regions: 10 to 20 business days
    Delivery times are estimates and can vary due to customs and local carriers.

Shipping costs and free shipping

  • Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and service selected.

  • Free Standard Shipping applies to qualifying Canada and U.S. orders over 59 USD after discounts, before taxes.

  • Expedited options are available for an additional cost.

Order tracking

  • Once shipped, your confirmation email includes a tracking number and link.

  • You can also track via your account or our Order Tracking page.

  • If tracking shows no movement for several days, contact the carrier first, then our team if you still need help.

Delays, lost, or damaged shipments

Delays

  • Allow an extra 2 to 3 business days during weather events, customs inspections, or carrier backlogs.

Marked delivered but not received

  • Check with neighbors or building staff.

  • Wait 24 to 48 hours since carriers sometimes scan early.

  • Contact the carrier with your tracking number.

  • If still unresolved, email contact@sensorytouch.ca with your order and tracking. We will assist, but we are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

Damaged parcels

  • Email contact@sensorytouch.ca within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Include photos of the outer box, inner packaging, and product plus your order number.

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund after review.

Customs, duties, and taxes (international orders)

  • International shipments may incur duties, VAT, or import taxes not included in your order total.

  • These charges are the recipient’s responsibility and are collected by local authorities or carriers.

  • Sensory Touch is not responsible for customs delays or fees.

Address accuracy and changes

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

  • If you spot an error, email us immediately at contact@sensorytouch.ca.

  • If the order has shipped, we may be unable to reroute it. Any reshipment or intercept fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Shipping restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes in some regions or to countries under trade restrictions.

  • Orders may ship in one parcel or multiple shipments depending on availability. You will receive tracking for each parcel.

Risk of loss

  • Title and risk transfer to you when the carrier accepts the shipment. We will support you with claims where possible.

Holiday shipping and cutoffs

  • Carrier networks can be congested during holidays. Place orders early to meet gift dates. Posted cutoff dates are targets, not guarantees.
