Welcome to Sensory Touch. These Terms & Conditions apply when you visit or purchase from sensorytouch.ca. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.

Eligibility
By using our services you confirm that you are at least 18, or you have consent from a parent or legal guardian, the information you provide is accurate, and you will not use our products or site for unlawful purposes.

Products and Orders
Availability. Products, prices, and promotions are subject to change and may be limited or discontinued at any time.
Order process. Add items to cart, complete checkout with accurate shipping and payment details, and receive an email confirmation when payment is successful.
Acceptance. We may refuse, limit, or cancel any order, including suspected fraud, pricing or stock errors, or orders placed by resellers. If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you with alternatives or a refund. We may also cancel orders to prevent suspected fraud, abuse of returns, or chargeback risk.
Pre-orders. If offered, estimated ship dates are targets and may change.
Account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

Pricing, Currency, and Taxes
Prices are shown in CAD or USD depending on your selection or location settings. Taxes are calculated at checkout according to your shipping address. We try to display accurate information, but errors may occur. If an error affects your order (including pricing or availability), we may correct it, cancel the order, and issue a refund.

Payments
We accept major cards and selected digital wallets including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay. Payments are processed by trusted third parties. We do not store full credit card details.

Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss
Processing time. Orders are typically processed within 2 business days.
Estimated delivery. Standard 5 to 7 business days. Express 2 to 3 business days. International 7 to 14 business days. Estimates do not include processing times, customs, or carrier delays.
Duties and import fees. International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, or fees collected by the destination country. These are your responsibility.
Risk of loss. Risk of loss transfers to you when the carrier accepts the shipment. We are not responsible for carrier delays, but we will assist with carrier investigations and claims where possible.

Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted only for unopened, unused, factory-sealed items within 30 days of delivery (based on the carrier’s marked delivery date), subject to our Refund Policy.
For hygiene and safety, opened or used items are not eligible for return or refund unless the item is verified as defective, damaged, or sent in error.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If your return is approved, please place a new order for the item you want.

Product Use and Medical Disclaimer
Our products are for external use only. Always review ingredient lists and perform a patch test before first use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Sensory Touch does not provide medical advice. Consult a qualified professional for concerns about skin conditions, pregnancy, or breastfeeding. Results vary by individual skin type, routine, and consistent use.

Intellectual Property
All content on our site including text, images, logos, product names, videos, graphics, and design elements is owned by Sensory Touch or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without written permission.

User Content and Reviews
If you submit reviews, photos, or comments, you grant Sensory Touch a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content on our website, emails, and social channels for marketing and operational purposes. Do not submit content that is unlawful, misleading, or infringes the rights of others. We may remove or edit content at our discretion.

Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the site in any way that is illegal, fraudulent, harmful, invasive of privacy, or that interferes with the security or operation of the website, including introducing viruses or attempting to gain unauthorized access.

We use trusted third parties for payments, shipping, analytics, and marketing. Your use of their services may be subject to their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party websites linked from our site.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sensory Touch and our officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the site or products.

Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. You agree that any dispute will be brought in the courts located in Ontario, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control including natural disasters, strikes, wars, government actions, power outages, or internet failures.

If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect. These Terms together with our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Sensory Touch regarding your use of the site and purchase of products.
